Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Lead and mentor teams to optimize performance, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to align initiatives with broader company goals. Additionally, analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a focus on risk management and quality assurance.

Formulate and implement a comprehensive security strategy and policy framework for Zuri to ensure robust protection across all operations.

Spearhead initiatives focused on safeguarding physical assets and sensitive information, overseeing comprehensive programs designed to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Conduct thorough evaluations of potential security threats, analyze vulnerabilities within the organization, and implement strategic measures to minimize or eliminate identified risks.

Manage and direct incident response initiatives, conduct thorough investigations, and oversee crisis management operations to ensure organizational resilience and swift recovery.

Maintain adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards to ensure full compliance.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, executives, and visitors at all times.

Responsible for overseeing and regulating access to Zuri Health facilities, ensuring all entry and exit points are properly secured and compliant with established protocols.

Protect Zuri Health’s assets, equipment, and intellectual property from unauthorized access, misuse, or compromise.

Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines to ensure the effective execution of medical and wellness outreach initiatives.

Provide steadfast home-based security measures to safeguard staff well-being.

Ensure the Chief Executive Officer receives the highest level of security and safeguarding at all times.

Regularly perform audits, risk evaluations, and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with established standards.

Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with various other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, as is expertise in software design principles, algorithms, and data structures. Familiarity with version control systems, agile methodologies, and cloud platforms is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Prior experience with full-stack development or specific frameworks may be advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

A minimum of ten years of professional experience in security management and leadership positions is required.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in risk management principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Proven track record in overseeing and directing enterprise-level security operations, ensuring robust protection of organizational assets. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining comprehensive security frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and respond to threats effectively. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing security incidents, and optimizing security infrastructure to align with business objectives while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication proficiency, and adept decision-making capabilities are essential requirements.

Demonstrates exceptional capability in managing and resolving crisis situations and security incidents with promptness and efficiency.
