Establish and cultivate partnerships with Chinese enterprises and professional networks.

Expand the client base through strategic outreach initiatives and deepen relationships with current clients to enhance portfolio value.

Enhance revenue streams through strategic expansion of deposit acquisition, trade finance solutions, remittance services, guarantee offerings, and foreign exchange income generation.

Qualifications and Competencies

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, complemented by a CPA license or eligibility for certification. Proficiency in GAAP standards, financial reporting, and tax compliance is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with auditing procedures. Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate across departments are required. Prior experience in a public accounting firm or corporate finance role is preferred, with knowledge of financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP being advantageous. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality is critical.

Hold a bachelor’s degree conferred by an accredited institution of higher education.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an essential requirement for this role.

Candidates with a background in banking, sales, or relationship management will be viewed favorably.

Proficiency in trade finance and corporate banking products is preferred.
