As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, fostering client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth across all solution areas. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and proven methodologies, you will analyze clients’ needs in depth and deliver customized solutions designed to meet their unique business challenges.

You will cultivate and expand key relationships through strategic thinking and meticulous planning, collaborating with our worldwide network of offices to ensure outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass achieving revenue and margin goals while reducing client turnover and enhancing retention rates.

With your deep expertise in cutting-edge technology sales methodologies and industry trends, you will craft and execute strategic account plans. Collaborating closely with essential stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue expansion, and ensure seamless client support throughout their entire purchasing journey.

As the primary liaison, you will resolve client inquiries and uphold exceptional levels of client satisfaction. Leveraging your specialized knowledge, you will translate client requirements into effective solutions, facilitating their attainment of business objectives through our services.

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and capabilities:

Consistently achieve the objectives specified in the quarterly accountability matrix, which is established by the Sales Execution Framework.

Forge and sustain collaborative, high-value partnerships with essential stakeholders across designated accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering mutual growth.

Collaborate with internal teams such as support, service, and management to align efforts with account goals and exceed client expectations.

Deliver measurable results by meeting predetermined sales volume targets and fulfilling strategic objectives across assigned accounts.

Develop and oversee collaborative strategic account plans that establish shared performance goals, fiscal targets, and essential milestones for both one-year and three-year horizons.

Regularly evaluate, refine, and confirm client requirements to guarantee precise alignment with the solutions provided.

Spearhead the development of solutions through strategic engagement with pertinent internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Ensure adherence to the company’s established benchmarks for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Attain all mandated training and development milestones within the designated timeframes.

Drive executive-level engagement and secure sponsorship within designated accounts to foster strategic alignment and commitment.

Deliver precise, up-to-date reports on designated performance indicators as mandated by leadership.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, are essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards is preferred.

An accredited institution must confer a Bachelor’s Degree or recognized college certification.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management within the IT industry, you will bring proven expertise to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your background will demonstrate the ability to understand client needs, navigate technical solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction in fast-paced environments.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accuracy in document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.

Proven expertise in CRM reporting and management is essential, with a strong ability to generate and interpret reports to drive strategic decision-making.

Core capabilities essential to this role include strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication. Proficiency in project management, adaptability to changing environments, and a strong commitment to teamwork are also required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience in a leadership capacity or with cross-functional collaboration is preferred. A results-driven mindset and dedication to continuous improvement are critical for success in this position.
