Oversee a diverse range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and frameworks that enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality across all functional areas. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining rigorous standards of accountability and transparency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions that mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, timely updates, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal governance structures through rigorous oversight and proactive risk management.

Developing and executing a robust national sales strategy is essential to align with organizational goals and foster revenue expansion and market penetration. Performance benchmarks for regional teams will be established and tracked, while ongoing market analysis will inform strategic adjustments to maintain competitiveness.

Lead strategic brand oversight and national positioning for pharmaceuticals and other products. Direct the development of high-impact marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI and strict adherence to brand objectives. Partner with the marketing team to design cutting-edge promotional strategies that enhance brand presence and market reach.

Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, and Medical/Sales Representatives to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.

Supplier and Customer Management: Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with essential suppliers to guarantee consistent product availability and adherence to quality benchmarks. Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to drive high satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty, adjusting strategies based on client input.

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for debt collection, credit management, and inventory oversight to proactively reduce overdue accounts while fostering and preserving positive customer relationships.

Oversee the Commercial Unit’s financial performance by steering the budget toward gross profit (GP) and overall unit profitability targets. Maintain strict accountability for key financial metrics, such as the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives. Develop, implement, and annually review budgets while ensuring continuous alignment with financial objectives through diligent monitoring and timely adjustments.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Prior experience in project management or a similar capacity is highly desirable.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline is required.

Proven expertise in sales and marketing or a comparable business-related discipline is required.

An MBA is considered beneficial for this role.

With a minimum of a decade in pharmaceutical sales, including three to five years in a senior leadership capacity, you will bring substantial expertise to this role.

Demonstrate strategic thinking coupled with strong leadership abilities, analytical prowess, and adept problem-solving capabilities.

Strong leadership abilities combined with sharp business insight are essential.
