Oversee a range of critical tasks, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional teams, and the provision of guidance to junior staff to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Foster robust cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders—including HR, Finance, Recruiting, Event Teams, and Business Support—to effectively advance team and leadership objectives.

Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

Engage actively within the Business Support community, foster a collaborative team culture, and assist in onboarding and mentoring programs.

You will oversee the complete event lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and into the follow-up phase, managing all logistical arrangements, coordination efforts, and post-event activities.

Serve as the primary liaison for events, overseeing modifications and elevating concerns to the appropriate level as necessary.

Develop and implement engagement strategies designed to enhance team morale and overall team effectiveness.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in advanced Excel, QuickBooks, or similar financial software is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and collaborating across departments are required.
