At We Travel, our Sales team strikes a balance between independent initiative and collaborative teamwork. Serving as an Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales process—initiating outreach, conducting discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, finalizing agreements, and seamlessly transitioning clients to the onboarding team.

We prioritize gaining deep insights into each client’s distinct requirements and customizing our solutions to meet them precisely. Your role will transcend traditional sales—you will serve as both an advisor and a strategic partner, empowering prospective customers to recognize the transformative value of We Travel’s products in driving their business success.

You may qualify if your background includes proficiency in project management, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least two years of hands-on experience, are encouraged to submit their application. Familiarity with industry-specific software and a track record of delivering results within deadlines are key requirements. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or travel sector, you bring proven expertise to our team.

Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Skilled in initiating outbound calls and delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end sales processes while consistently meeting or exceeding predefined sales objectives.

Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a clear focus on achieving goals.

Compensation is highly competitive, featuring uncapped commission alongside a base annual salary of $16,000 USD. Target earnings are structured to grow substantially, with Year 1 projected at $32,000 USD and Year 2 at $45,000 USD.
