We are currently seeking a proactive and success-oriented Sales Consultant to strengthen our high-performance team. This position entails actively connecting with prospective B2B clients, identifying their unique requirements, and delivering customized solutions that enhance both sales outcomes and client satisfaction.

Oversee and execute critical duties essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate seamless operational workflows by managing key processes and delivering measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and uphold high standards of performance. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic solutions. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and addressing inquiries with professionalism. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Initiate outreach to a minimum of 80 B2B prospects each week.

Consistently contact potential leads through phone calls and electronic correspondence to assess project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.

Compile and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure efficient response times.

Consistently follow up on quotations to facilitate closure and resolve any client inquiries or concerns.

Organize and lead conference calls to resolve complex technical inquiries from clients.

Ensure precise documentation of sales transactions while consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly key performance indicators.

Leverage exceptional negotiation capabilities to finalize agreements and cultivate enduring partnerships with clients.

Represent the organization at key industry conferences and exhibitions, actively seeking and cultivating fresh business prospects to drive growth and expansion.

Perform comprehensive market research to maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and competitive developments.

We seek candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, complemented by a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional communication abilities are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Familiarity with industry-specific software and a commitment to continuous professional development are advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the realm of high-value offerings such as fiber optic solutions.
