Responsible for uncovering, acquiring, and expanding revenue streams from corporate clients and business travel partners. This position entails overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve and surpass the hotel’s revenue objectives.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, where you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of critical tasks. Your primary duties will include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities encompass conducting thorough research, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results, is essential. Develop and cultivate enduring, high-value partnerships with corporate clients, business travel collaborators, governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and multinational corporations.

Diligently oversee the timely renewal of contracts, conduct negotiations, and load rates while prioritizing yield management and profitability.

Develop and maintain new corporate relationships within designated industries and sectors.

Craft customized proposals and presentations that precisely address client requirements while aligning with the hotel’s comprehensive range of services.

Design and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at enhancing performance within the corporate travel sector.

Align sales initiatives with seasonal patterns, MICE-related business prospects, and fluctuations in market demand to optimize revenue generation and strategic planning.

Develop and expand corporate accounts to boost room nights, food and beverage revenue, and meeting/conference sales, thereby enhancing overall profitability from business clientele.

Monitor market trends, competitor behavior, and client feedback to guide strategic decision-making processes.

Develop and deliver precise sales forecasts along with strategic marketing insights.

Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales activity reports as well as performance evaluations for submission to the Hotel Manager.

Engage in sales calls, trade events, exhibitions, and client entertainment initiatives on behalf of the Hotel to actively promote its services and foster relationships with potential clients.

Devise and execute immersive familiarization trips (Fans) tailored to high-profile corporate clientele.

Diligently ensure all client details and activity records within the CRM system remain current and precisely documented.

Monitor contracts, analyze booking trends, and evaluate client feedback to foster and sustain ongoing relationships.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management to achieve organizational goals.

Seeking candidates with a robust skill set and proven competencies, including proficiency in relevant technical tools and methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated capacity for teamwork and collaboration. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of achieving measurable results in previous roles and exhibit adaptability in dynamic work environments. A four-year degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking a candidate with at least three years of proven experience in a Sales Account Manager role within a luxury hospitality setting, ideally within a four- or five-star establishment or an internationally recognized hotel brand.
