The role involves supporting the strategic planning and daily implementation of high-performing Business Development activities, encompassing both General Business and Medical sectors, specifically for broker and tender operations. Additionally, the position is tasked with expanding assigned broker accounts and ensuring the thorough quality management of tender documentation.

A Fellow or Associate membership of ACID/AII, or a Chartered Marketer qualification, is required.

Minimum of four years in a managerial role required.

Knowledge

Possesses extensive expertise in both General and Medical insurance domains.

Business development, underwriting, claims management, and strategic planning are among the key areas of responsibility, along with resource allocation and production methods.

Demonstrates exceptional professionalism and unwavering integrity in all professional interactions and decision-making processes.
