To consistently surpass branch sales targets, with particular emphasis on Non-Motor insurance products.
Recruit, onboard, and oversee the development of Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers, and support staff to assemble and sustain a high-performing team.
Formulate and execute company-wide strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts at the branch level.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. A minimum of three years of professional experience in project management, data analysis, or a closely related discipline is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is preferred but not mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline is required. Additionally, possession of an insurance diploma, such as those offered by the INK or CII, is considered beneficial.
Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in branch operations.
Accomplished a consistent history of exceeding sales goals while effectively directing and motivating teams to achieve optimal performance.
