Drive branch sales performance beyond established targets, with particular emphasis on Non-Motor insurance offerings.
Attract, develop, and lead a team of Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers, and support staff to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Develop and execute branch-level strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development plans in alignment with the company’s overarching objectives.
Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through strategic initiatives and targeted approaches.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or related technical roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a strong grasp of algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with agile or scrum methodologies are also required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline is required, with a diploma from the INK or CII serving as a valuable additional credential.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in branch operations is required.
Achieved consistent success in exceeding sales objectives while effectively guiding and motivating team members to peak performance.
