Key duties include overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, monitoring progress through regular assessments, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to address any challenges or updates. Additionally, the role requires analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership review, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. Proficiency in relevant systems and tools, along with adherence to established protocols, is essential to achieving operational excellence.
Oversee a team of two AI Ops Engineers, taking full responsibility for their project deliveries, technical advancements, and routine operational activities.
Efficiently prioritize tasks by managing competing requests from various teams, employing a well-defined prioritization framework that you will assist in developing and refining.
Develop and deploy automation solutions and intelligent agents designed to deliver quantifiable enhancements in operational efficiency for both internal teams and customer-facing personnel.
Maintain the operational integrity and performance of the AI tooling infrastructure as it scales to support over 2,500 users.
Maintain awareness of the latest advancements in AI tools and technologies, discerning between fleeting trends and genuinely impactful innovations. Regularly evaluate emerging solutions to determine their practical value and applicability to current or future projects.
Assist in enhancing AI training initiatives across the broader organization, encompassing various Engineering teams.
The environment in which this role operates encompasses a diverse array of technical tools, systems, and methodologies, including but not limited to programming languages, software frameworks, cloud platforms, and development practices. Proficiency in these technologies is essential to effectively execute responsibilities such as designing scalable solutions, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in relevant frameworks, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
We seek expertise in advanced AI and agentic frameworks, including but not limited to Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic tooling, Lang Chain, MCP, and the Google ADK (or comparable agentic solutions).
Automation and Prototyping: Developing and refining scripts, leveraging workflow tools, incorporating AI-assisted development methodologies, and facilitating rapid prototyping through platforms such as Tercel and Railway.
Enterprise tooling involves automating identity management through Microsoft Entra, maintaining internal platforms, and integrating systems with Notion and HiBob to enhance operational efficiency and workflow consistency.
Twelve months have already seen the implementation of automations using Claude, Notion, HiBob, and Entry, which are currently deployed and operational in a production environment.

What You Need

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in a relevant field, with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in [specific industry or role].
