Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end candidate screening and selection process, from initial application through to final hiring decisions, while delivering exceptional customer service to every applicant. Additionally, you will take pride in meticulously managing every detail to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
You will oversee the candidate database within our Applicant Tracking System, monitoring applications and evaluating data to enhance operational efficiency and process improvements.
