Ensure the integrity and precision of all accounting records and financial documentation.
Compile a detailed aging analysis of creditors’ accounts and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
Assist in executing enhancements to operational processes with the aim of boosting productivity and effectiveness.
Conduct comprehensive reconciliations to ensure alignment between ERP systems and subsidiary systems.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, encompassing cash flow management and asset administration.
Contribute to both internal and external audit processes as required.
Compile and submit monthly tax returns alongside statutory remittances as required by regulatory guidelines.
Examine accounting records to verify their accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included.
Oversee the continuous updating of company asset inventories and stock records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Execute accounts receivable processes, which encompass generating invoices, recording payments received, and distributing customer statements.
Offer assistance to other accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline is required.
A CPA IV certification or higher is highly desirable.
A minimum of three years of practical accounting experience is required.
Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an added advantage.
Proven ability to analyze complex information and identify effective solutions, demonstrating keen problem-solving capabilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
