Financial Reporting involves creating and supporting reports, compiling data, and addressing queries to maintain compliance and ensure accuracy.
Act as the Local Finance Focal Point, responsible for meticulously reviewing invoices, validating calculations, and ensuring accurate submissions to the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC).
Maintain accurate financial records by overseeing and verifying expenditures, balances, and payments for daily transactions.
Data Management responsibilities include selecting, verifying, and inputting data from various sources while maintaining high standards of completeness and accuracy.
Prepare both regularly scheduled and on-demand reports to meet audit requirements, budgetary analyses, and additional organizational needs.
Responsibilities include facilitating account closure processes and contributing to the preparation of year-end financial statements.
Staff Advisory responsibilities include offering expert guidance to both staff members and consultants regarding allowances, reimbursements, and financial procedures.
Initiate and manage correspondence to verify information and resolve any discrepancies encountered.
As a Bank Liaison, your responsibilities will include cultivating and sustaining relationships with local banking institutions, tracking exchange rate fluctuations, and conducting thorough reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepares cost estimates and actively participates in budget analysis and project-related initiatives.

A minimum of six years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting is essential for this role.
