The incumbent will deliver coordinated assistance in safety and security operations, reporting to the Operations Coordinator.

Overseeing critical functional responsibilities, the role demands accountability in several key areas. The position requires meticulous coordination of project timelines to ensure adherence to established deadlines. Additionally, the role involves managing stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment with organizational objectives. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations remains a top priority to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.

Collaborate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system and confirm that all visitors receive a security briefing, either before their departure or within 24 hours of arrival.

Provide assistance to the Operations Coordinator in the preparation of standard security reports and maintain the precision of all relevant databases on a consistent basis.

Compile daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and inform key decision-making processes.

Facilitate the coordination and logistical arrangements essential for field visit support, ensuring all necessary preparations are meticulously executed.

Revise and sustain a current security and communication hierarchy while performing monthly evaluations to validate its functionality and reliability.

Provide assistance to personnel in documenting incidents within the Data reporting system.

The Staff Training Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Operations Coordinator throughout the training sessions. In this role, you will assist in organizing training materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all training sessions are conducted smoothly. Additionally, you will help track participant progress, maintain training records, and address any logistical challenges that may arise during the process. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency and contingency planning documentation.

Assist the Operations Coordinator in maintaining robust documentation and dissemination of security management protocols for emergency response initiatives to all employees.

Offer emergency response assistance as a secondary duty to the Operations Coordinator, ensuring seamless operational continuity during critical situations.

Deliver guidance to field personnel regarding security-related questions, escalating any matters necessitating technical assistance to the Operations Coordinator.

Conduct thorough assessments of workplace settings, machinery, and operational procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Execute all other relevant duties as may be directed from time to time.
