Collaborate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system and confirm that all visitors receive a security briefing, either before their departure or within 24 hours of arrival.
Provide assistance to the Operations Coordinator in the preparation of standard security reports and maintain the precision of all relevant databases on a consistent basis.
Compile daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and inform key decision-making processes.
Facilitate the coordination and logistical arrangements essential for field visit support, ensuring all necessary preparations are meticulously executed.
Revise and sustain a current security and communication hierarchy while performing monthly evaluations to validate its functionality and reliability.
Provide assistance to personnel in documenting incidents within the Data reporting system.
The Staff Training Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Operations Coordinator throughout the training sessions. In this role, you will assist in organizing training materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all training sessions are conducted smoothly. Additionally, you will help track participant progress, maintain training records, and address any logistical challenges that may arise during the process.
