Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports to track progress, analyze outcomes, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

A skilled educator will deliver Kenyan Sign Language instruction to high school students, encompassing curriculum design, classroom delivery, and student evaluation.

Work collaboratively with subject educators to develop, implement, and evaluate lesson plans in alignment with curriculum objectives and inclusive educational practices.

Tailor instructional materials and methodologies to accommodate a broad spectrum of learner abilities and preferences, ensuring inclusive and effective educational experiences. Implement varied teaching approaches and resources to address individual learning styles and requirements, fostering an environment where all students can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Facilitate the cultivation of conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities among learners, fostering an environment conducive to intellectual growth and analytical development.

Implement innovative, mastery-based learning and assessment strategies designed to facilitate meaningful engagement for every learner.

Serve as a dedicated case manager, overseeing the development and implementation of individual learning plans or facilitating necessary support updates in collaboration with the assigned case manager.

Track and report learner progress to teachers, families, and the learning support team, ensuring clear and consistent documentation throughout the process. Facilitate open communication channels to provide updates and insights on individual learner development, enabling collaborative support and informed decision-making.

Offer personalized academic assistance in small group or one-on-one settings to students who require additional guidance during instructional periods.

Foster a secure, respectful, and dynamic classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and self-directed learning.

Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, collaborative planning sessions, and institution-wide initiatives to enhance instructional practices and foster a cohesive school community.
