Key Duties Include: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, and overseeing budget allocation to optimize resource utilization. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies while maintaining rigorous quality standards in all deliverables. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Providing mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional development, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the lead instructor for Kenyan Sign Language courses offered at the high school level, overseeing all aspects of instruction, which includes curriculum development, classroom delivery, and student evaluation.
Partner with subject educators to jointly design, implement, and evaluate lessons that align with curriculum objectives and inclusive education standards.
Tailor learning materials and instructional strategies to accommodate the varied requirements of all learners, ensuring each individual’s unique needs are addressed effectively.
Facilitate the cultivation of conceptual comprehension, analytical reasoning, and solution-oriented problem-solving abilities.
Utilize mastery-based learning and assessment methodologies to guarantee that every learner can participate in a meaningful and effective manner.
Serve as a case manager responsible for developing and maintaining individual learning plans or implementing necessary support updates in collaboration with the designated case manager.
The role involves tracking, recording, and reporting learner progress to educators, families, and the learning support team. Documenting achievements, challenges, and developmental milestones ensures transparency and enables targeted interventions when necessary. Clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders fosters collaboration to support each learner’s growth and success.
Deliver focused, tailored assistance in small-group or one-on-one settings throughout instructional periods as required.
Foster a secure, collegial, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that cultivates curiosity and self-directed learning.
Engage actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, collaborative planning sessions, and institution-wide strategic initiatives to enhance instructional practices and contribute to the broader educational goals of the school community.
