We are in search of a meticulous SAP Procurement Specialist to assist global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). Deliver first-line assistance for inquiries and operational challenges related to SAP procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification within the GR/IR account.
Oversee and safeguard the integrity of approval workflows, organizational hierarchies, and procurement data to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
Oversee SAP user access administration, role assignments, and security compliance adherence to ensure robust system integrity and regulatory alignment.
Administer and maintain vendor master data with meticulous attention to accuracy and strict adherence to compliance standards.
Provide assistance with reporting, conduct data analysis, and drive continuous improvement projects.
Conduct user training sessions and partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer.
