Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Analyze complex data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies while mitigating risks and resolving operational challenges.

Prospect and promote Sacco products and services to potential members.

Prospect and onboard new members while managing the account opening procedures.

Facilitate the movement of member deposits and promote strategies to enhance account funding efforts.

Explore and capitalize on fresh business prospects within designated territories, driving growth and expansion efforts strategically.

Cultivate and sustain robust professional connections with existing members and prospective clients.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and facilitate informative customer training sessions to enhance understanding and drive product adoption.

Diligently pursue leads to transform potential clients into engaged members.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to assess customer requirements and competitor strategies, then deliver actionable feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Drive the attainment of specified sales and membership expansion goals.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on web application development, is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and C# is essential. Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable. Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.

A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications and fundamental computer competencies are required.

A minimum of six months of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or an equivalent professional setting is required.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adeptness in negotiation tactics, and polished interpersonal competencies are essential.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and accountability while consistently achieving objectives with limited oversight.

A strong commitment to ethical standards, professional conduct, and a customer-centric approach is essential.

Must maintain a polished appearance and consistently comply with the organization’s dress code and professional standards.
