As a Domain Consultant specializing in network security transformation, you deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance to support customers throughout their network security and zero trust initiatives. Your role is pivotal in designing and implementing tailored technical solutions that align with and safeguard the customer’s critical business objectives. You advocate for our industry-leading capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and security services, reinforcing Palo Alto Networks as the trusted cybersecurity partner of choice for customers.
Oversee and execute primary duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, alignment, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Deliver expert representation of our offerings to customers across all tiers of their organizational structure, encompassing practitioners through to senior executives.
Conduct and facilitate customer demonstrations that effectively highlight our distinctive value proposition, ensuring a compelling presentation of our offerings.
Responsible for conducting Technical Validation projects for prospective customers and partners, ensuring alignment with industry best practices to secure technical wins within designated opportunities.
Design and implement robust solutions aimed at enhancing and streamlining your customers’ security frameworks.
Document and articulate high-level design specifications alongside critical use cases to validate the accurate deployment and measurable value delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Facilitate discussions on current industry trends and upcoming shifts in the security landscape.
Ensures product alignment with customer needs and emphasizes its unique value proposition.
As the primary technical liaison for Network Security, you will work collaboratively to address RBIs/RFPs, positioning Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services as needed to guarantee accurate implementation and maximize the value of Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in designing scalable systems are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure, and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams are necessary.
Your Experience
Professionals should possess hands-on experience in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, with a strong focus on Zero Trust, networking, network security, SaaS security, or SSE/SASE technologies.
Accomplished professionals must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in customer interaction and the capacity to resolve issues efficiently. Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for troubleshooting are essential for addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
We seek candidates with a proven track record of customer engagement, showcasing strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), network security architectures, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASE) solutions, proxy configurations, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) mechanisms, and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) frameworks is required.
Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies is essential.
