A dynamic client within the automotive industry is actively recruiting Junior Sales Officers who are highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven. Develop and nurture enduring customer connections to promote consistent patronage and foster brand loyalty.

Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets, thereby enhancing overall company profitability and market position.

Compile and deliver comprehensive sales performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales metrics.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process to secure their commitment and foster long-term loyalty.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, prioritizing prompt resolutions to maintain satisfaction and uphold service standards.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all customer communications, quotes, and financial dealings to uphold data precision and integrity.

Assist in executing marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and brand enhancement strategies specifically tailored for the automotive sector.

Conduct ongoing surveillance of competitor actions and market developments across the automotive sector to identify key trends and strategic shifts.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or human resources. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is essential, with proven expertise in project management and team leadership. Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, is mandatory. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable results in previous positions.
