The incumbent will deliver coordination assistance in safety and security operations, reporting to the Operations Coordinator.

Overseeing essential functions and ensuring accountability in key operational areas are central to this role. Collaborate with the Administrative Team to maintain the visitor tracking system and confirm that all visitors receive a security briefing, either before their departure or within 24 hours of their arrival.

Assist the Operation Coordinator by preparing standard security reports and maintaining the precision of all associated databases consistently.

Compile daily security data to support the preparation of monthly reports and inform decision-making processes.

Provide assistance in the organization and preparation for field visit support activities.

Maintain and periodically update the security and communication tree to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness. Conduct monthly evaluations of the security and communication tree to verify its functionality and reliability.

The role involves assisting personnel in documenting incidents within the Data system.

As a Staff Training Support Coordinator, you will provide essential assistance to the Operations Coordinator throughout the staff training process, ensuring that all training sessions are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include organizing training materials, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between trainers and participants. Additionally, you will help track training progress and ensure that all necessary resources are available to support a seamless learning experience. Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency and contingency planning documentation.
