Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI Applicant Tracking System, an AI-powered Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. We seek an individual who designs and implements systematic solutions, creates autonomous workflows requiring minimal intervention, and holds themselves accountable for revenue outcomes.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3) entails assuming responsibility for employer acquisition, shifting business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, developing a CRM platform from the ground up, and establishing operational frameworks tailored for both local and Gulf markets.
Phase 3, commencing in Month 3, focuses on advancing go-to-market strategies for our three AI-driven talent solutions: AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and a visa-sponsored job board.
What You’ll Do
Spearhead the entire employer acquisition lifecycle, beginning with targeted prospecting efforts and culminating in successful deal closure.
Develop and implement targeted outbound outreach initiatives to engage with companies currently recruiting in Kenya.
Identify and secure retainer agreements from key clients within the hospitality, healthcare, and construction sectors through persuasive pitching and strategic negotiation.
Select, configure, and maintain the organization’s CRM platform, with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level required.
Design and execute tailored follow-up sequences for each prospect in a structured manner to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.
Develop and refine the employer onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution at every stage. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies to enhance talent acquisition and workforce solutions.
Weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards must be generated and delivered to the CEO.
From Month 3 onward, you will facilitate the early market launch of all three AI talent solutions.
Your First 90 Days
Month 1 entails conducting a comprehensive audit of the existing pipeline, implementing CRM configuration, compiling an extensive list of 200+ target employers, and initiating outreach efforts.
In the second month, the appointee will conduct comprehensive outreach to the full list of prospects, successfully onboard the first five employer clients, and systematically identify potential Gulf agency targets for further engagement.
During the third month, focus on achieving acquisition targets, deploying AI-powered product outreach initiatives, and presenting a comprehensive six-month growth plan.
What We’re Looking For
With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales operations, growth, or recruitment operations, you have successfully established and led the development of a CRM pipeline from inception.
Accountable for consistently achieving and managing a revenue target, with a focus on meeting weekly performance expectations.
A systems-oriented thinker who systematically documents processes, identifies gaps, and develops actionable solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling cold emails that yield high response rates.
Proficiency in recruitment, human resources technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, or business process outsourcing (BPO) is beneficial.
Based in Nairobi, you will be required to work full-time on-site.
A strong candidate will thrive in this role if they do not require a pre-established system to adhere to, avoid focusing exclusively on inbound processes, or feel uneasy with weekly assessments grounded in data-driven insights.
Compensation for this role is competitive, comprising a base salary along with potential performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar capacity. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as are proficiency in industry-standard software and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of components, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards. Duties include managing component design, development, and integration, as well as evaluating performance metrics and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Requires proficiency in relevant technical tools and frameworks, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Ideal candidates will possess experience in component lifecycle management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A monthly base salary ranging between KES 80,000 and KES 120,000 is offered for this position.
We offer an employer acquisition bonus of KES 5,000 for each successfully signed client.
You will receive a 5% commission on all placement fees generated from your candidate pipeline.
Gulf Partnership offers a signing bonus of KES 15,000 for each successfully executed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
A quarterly performance bonus of KES 30,000 is awarded when quarterly targets are surpassed.
Top performers who achieve all Month 3 targets will receive a monthly compensation ranging from KES 130,000 to KES 180,000.
A performance-based salary adjustment will be conducted following a comprehensive 90-day review period.

As a member of the Growth team, you will initially serve as a Senior Growth Lead, operating from Month 3 to Month 9, before advancing to the role of Head of Employer Growth, where you will oversee responsibilities from Month 9 to Month 18. In this capacity, you will drive revenue growth initiatives and manage key performance metrics to ensure sustained expansion of our employer partnerships. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward achieving ambitious growth targets.
