About Us

Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-licensed recruitment firm headquartered in Nairobi, specializes in domestic placements within hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics, as well as international opportunities in the Gulf for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, we are developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI-driven Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Operating as a nimble, agile team, this role will serve as a cornerstone of our expansion.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in [specific field/industry], along with [X years] of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include [responsibility 1], [responsibility 2], [responsibility 3], and [responsibility 4]. Additionally, the position demands strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Qualified applicants must hold [specific degree/certification, if applicable] and demonstrate proficiency in [specific software/tool/technique]. Proficiency in [language, if applicable] is a plus, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.

This role diverges significantly from conventional sales or marketing positions.

We seek an individual who designs systematic solutions, establishes self-sustaining operational workflows, and assumes full accountability for revenue outcomes.

Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Spearhead employer acquisition initiatives to transition business development from a reactive to a proactive model, establish a CRM system from the ground up, and develop the operational framework required for both local and Gulf markets.

Phase 3, beginning in the third month, involves scaling go-to-market initiatives for our three AI-powered talent solutions: AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.

What You’ll Do

Drive the entire employer acquisition process, encompassing prospect identification through deal finalization.

Develop and implement targeted outbound outreach initiatives to engage companies currently seeking new hires throughout Kenya.

Craft and finalize retainer agreements with key clients across the hospitality, healthcare, and construction sectors.

Responsibilities include selecting, configuring, and managing the company’s CRM system, such as Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level.

Create and execute well-organized follow-up sequences for each prospect to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.

Develop and refine the employer onboarding process comprehensively from start to finish, and establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.

Prepare weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards tailored for the CEO’s review.

Beginning in the third month, the role will involve facilitating the early-stage commercialization efforts for the three available AI talent products.

Your First 90 Days

Month one involves conducting a comprehensive audit of the current sales pipeline, implementing and configuring the CRM system, developing a curated list of over 200 prospective employers, and initiating the outreach process.

Month 2 involves conducting comprehensive outreach initiatives, securing a minimum of five employer clients, and pinpointing potential Gulf agency partners to engage with.

With the conclusion of Month 3, the successful candidate will have achieved the established acquisition targets, initiated AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and finalized a comprehensive 6-month growth plan.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in business development, sales operations, growth strategies, or recruitment operations, you will have successfully designed and overseen the implementation of a CRM pipeline from the ground up.

Accountable for consistently achieving and overseeing a designated revenue target, with a requirement to provide weekly updates on performance metrics.

Envisions and designs comprehensive systems by meticulously documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategic solutions to bridge operational gaps.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a proven ability to craft compelling cold emails that consistently generate responses.

A background in recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or BPO would be considered beneficial.

Based in Nairobi, this role requires full availability for on-site work on a full-time basis.

Unsuitable candidates include individuals who require a pre-existing, fully developed system, those who favor inbound-only pipelines, or those who are uneasy with weekly data-driven accountability measures.

The remuneration package includes a competitive base salary along with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, designed to align with industry standards and recognize individual contributions. In addition to financial incentives, eligible employees will receive healthcare coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities to support both personal and career growth. The compensation structure is reviewed annually to ensure market competitiveness and to reflect the employee’s evolving role and performance.

Develops and maintains detailed specifications for individual components within a system or product, ensuring alignment with overall architectural standards and functional requirements. Duties include documenting component interfaces, behaviors, and dependencies, as well as validating design choices through rigorous analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requires expertise in component-based development methodologies, proficiency with modeling tools, and strong communication skills to convey technical details effectively to stakeholders. Familiarity with industry best practices, version control systems, and relevant programming languages is essential for successful execution of these responsibilities.

A monthly remuneration ranging from KES 80,000 to KES 120,000 is offered for this position.

We offer a signing bonus of KES 5,000 for each new client successfully onboarded.

A 5% commission will be applied to all placement fees generated through your network.

Gulf Partnership offers a KES 15,000 bonus for each executed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

A quarterly performance bonus of KES 30,000 is provided if quarterly targets are surpassed.

Top performers who achieve all Month 3 targets will receive a monthly compensation ranging from KES 130,000 to KES 180,000.

A salary adjustment will be implemented after a 90-day performance review.

Developing a successful trajectory within this role involves advancing through a series of structured stages, each designed to enhance expertise and leadership capabilities. As professionals grow in their positions, they gain access to specialized training programs, mentorship opportunities, and strategic assignments that prepare them for higher-level responsibilities. Key milestones include achieving proficiency in core competencies, demonstrating consistent performance, and fostering collaborative relationships across departments. This framework ensures employees are equipped to take on supervisory or managerial roles while contributing to the organization’s long-term objectives. Additionally, clear pathways for lateral moves or cross-functional experiences are available to broaden skill sets and adapt to evolving business needs.

As a Growth & Revenue Operator, you will initially serve as the Senior Growth Lead from Month 3 to Month 9, followed by a transition to the Head of Employer Growth from Month 9 to Month 18.
