Position Overview
The Resort Supervisor oversees the seamless execution of daily operations encompassing guest services, food and beverage, and recreational amenities. This position is tasked with fostering effective interdepartmental collaboration, upholding service excellence, and consistently providing outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering innovation and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize productivity and accountability. Collaborate with senior management to shape long-term goals and monitor progress through data-driven insights. Serve as a key liaison between departments, resolving conflicts and streamlining communication for seamless collaboration. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee financial performance to sustain growth and profitability. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams and empowering them to achieve excellence.
Supervise all front desk operations, address guest concerns promptly, and deliver personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Team Leadership: Provide direction and inspire staff, organize shift schedules, and facilitate training programs.
Operations oversight includes monitoring processes, conducting routine maintenance, and overseeing food service operations to uphold established quality standards.
Oversee financial operations by participating in budget development, monitoring expenditures, and enhancing the efficiency of resource distribution.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.
Assist in the organization and implementation of special events, conferences, and recreational activities to ensure seamless execution.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background and relevant professional experience in the specified field. Applicants must hold a degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of success, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or resort management roles.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and resolve challenges with innovative solutions.
Proficiency in property management systems and hospitality software is required.
Skilled in maintaining adaptable schedules that accommodate weekends and holidays is required.
