Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Execute both standard and urgent maintenance repairs as necessary.

Execute plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Perform a range of electrical installation, repair, and troubleshooting duties with precision and expertise.

Perform carpentry tasks and oversee general building maintenance activities.

Address tenant maintenance requests and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring swift resolution to foster positive landlord-tenant relationships.

Conduct thorough evaluations of estate properties to assess maintenance requirements and identify areas in need of repair or upkeep.

Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize instances of equipment and facility failures.

Ensure that all maintenance activities strictly adhere to established safety protocols and meet defined quality benchmarks.

Responsible for the upkeep of tools and equipment, as well as the accurate maintenance of related records.

Evaluate and promptly escalate any significant maintenance concerns, subsequently proposing appropriate solutions to address them.

Maintain the estate’s upkeep and aesthetic appeal with diligence and attention to detail.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Familiarity with database management systems and cloud computing platforms is desirable. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

A qualification in a construction-related field, property management, or a comparable discipline is required.

Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks is required.

Proficiency in property, facility, or estate maintenance would be considered a valuable asset.

Possesses a solid grasp of occupational health and safety protocols and standards.
