Facilitate the systematic gathering of data to support Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.
Ensure the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.
Support the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.
Assist in maintaining the Reporting Matrix current by tracking and documenting advancements on multiple projects within the ERP system.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports using the gathered data while monitoring the progress and effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives.
Guarantee that findings and effects derived from both quantitative and qualitative data within programs, projects, and functions are presented with precision and logical consistency.
You may also be required to undertake additional duties as they are assigned on an ongoing basis.
Skills and Qualifications
A graduate degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Strong analytical abilities, along with expertise in Microsoft Excel, specialized data analysis tools, and report preparation, are required.
Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively through both spoken and written means.
Self-directed work ethic with proven capability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with an ERP system specifically tailored for managing M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) data constitutes a strong asset.
Dedication to aligning with AFI DEP’s guiding principles and overarching objectives is essential.
