The M&E Associate plays a pivotal role in executing the Country Office’s M&E Strategy and Action Plan at the field level, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Ensure the Field Office complies with corporate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) standards governing monitoring activities, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), the Corporate Results Framework (CRF), additional corporate monitoring guidance, as well as data protection and privacy policies. Required qualifications, skills, and professional experiences essential for consideration include:
A relevant degree in Social Sciences, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Project Management, Community Development, Development Studies, or Statistics is required.
A minimum of five years progressively responsible work experience including at least one year in Information systems management, project monitoring and evaluation, data collection analysis and report writing.
Possesses expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, analysis, reporting, and dissemination, along with implementing follow-up actions for findings and recommendations.

Proficient English writing and oral communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information in both spoken and written formats.
