Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to achieve business objectives. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align goals, address concerns, and foster a productive work environment. Additionally, prepare and present reports to senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Assist in gathering data to support Monitoring and Evaluation initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Ensure the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of institutional strategic objectives.

Assist in evaluating data to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.

Support the enhancement of the Reporting Matrix by documenting and tracking the advancement of multiple projects within the ERP infrastructure.

Assist with the compilation and preparation of reports derived from gathered data, while monitoring the advancement and efficacy of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with institutional strategic goals.

Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are presented with clarity and coherence.

Execute additional duties as directed on an ongoing basis.

Seeking a candidate with a strong background in analytical problem-solving, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant technical tools or software. Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research, analyzing complex data sets, identifying key trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.

A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various data analysis software, this role demands exceptional analytical capabilities along with strong report writing skills.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to prioritize and execute diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data management is considered a valuable asset.
