Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring full adherence to local regulations, company policies, and international certification standards—including GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance—across all farm operations. This position collaborates closely with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and field and production teams to uphold compliance standards, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational integrity.

Responsibilities include overseeing critical functions and driving organizational success through key initiatives. The position requires managing and executing essential duties to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This involves coordinating projects, overseeing team performance, and aligning activities with strategic objectives.
