Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and international certification standards—such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance—across all farm operations. Collaboration with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and field and production teams is essential to uphold compliance, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture rooted in safety, quality, and operational integrity.

Oversee the critical functions and duties essential to the position, which include developing and executing strategic plans to advance organizational objectives, managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, and overseeing project timelines and budgets to maintain efficiency and accountability.
