Position Scope:

The incumbent will develop and enforce compliance frameworks and procedures to mitigate risks associated with policy deviations, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Oversee and manage the bank-wide regulatory monitoring function by utilizing the Rule-Book as a guiding framework.

Ensure the Bank’s corporate governance code and compliance framework remain current and are updated as necessary.

Develop and regularly assess and revise Standards of Conduct to maintain their timeliness and effectiveness in guiding both management and employees.

Oversee the strict implementation and adherence to corporate governance codes and standards to maintain regulatory compliance and organizational integrity.

To develop policy and procedure recommendations aimed at enhancing Corporate Governance within the Bank.

Design and facilitate a diverse portfolio of corporate governance training programs for Bank employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Deliver consistent, responsive front-line compliance advisory services to the business entity, ensuring a seamless approach to all matters.

Collaborate closely with the product compliance team throughout the development, approval, and implementation phases of new products, policies, and propositions to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Assists in crafting the compliance training schedule by integrating insights derived from compliance risk assessments.

Collaborate closely with Compliance Advisory throughout the New Product approval process.

Formulate and oversee the Bank’s strategy for Exception Management.
