To oversee the sales and distribution of the company’s products and services to customers and consumers within a designated geographic region, ensuring consistent and profitable revenue growth. You will manage and direct sales resources to optimize both sales performance and profitability. Additionally, you will design and execute strategic sales initiatives and action plans aligned with corporate, sales, and marketing goals. Leading, motivating, and mentoring Sales Agents to achieve targeted sales outcomes and objectives will also be a key responsibility.

Implement negotiated Key Account promotions and marketing strategies with optimal effectiveness.

To ensure the successful oversight of external Sales and Merchandising Agents, with a focus on meeting critical sales targets, executing key Trade Promotions, and securing optimal In Store forward share objectives.

To optimize cost-effective outreach strategies, ensuring the necessary level of customer engagement to enhance both sales performance and regional profitability.

To oversee the Sales Agents’ performance, ensuring that predetermined sales targets, promotional initiatives, and marketing goals are executed at the store level.

Effective implementation of all negotiated promotions during Mini-Major Back to School and Shaver/Lighter promotional periods

The position involves preparing and submitting essential sales and market intelligence reports, including trade surveys, sales contact reports, in-store audits, daily and weekly reports, competitor activity reports, promotional analysis reports, and new product and forward share assessments.

You will cultivate and strengthen existing trade relationships with key customers while actively seeking out new clients and potential sales opportunities within your designated territory.

Identify avenues to enhance both numeric and weighted distribution for existing and new products within the target customer base. Analyze customer needs, monitor product trends, assess competitor actions, and evaluate innovations in new product development.

Ensure that all assigned merchandised outlets attain an 80% on-shelf availability (OSA) target consistently.
