Reporting to the Regional Partner Director and maintaining a dotted line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this position is tasked with identifying and recruiting new Sales Partners—including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors—across Africa to bolster channel sales across Teens’ multi-product portfolio. The role involves cultivating a robust sales pipeline, preparing and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with both Teens leadership and partner teams. Additionally, you will oversee the ongoing engagement with existing sales partners, ensuring their continued focus on pipeline development while equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively market Teens solutions in their respective markets. You will also serve as the primary point of contact between partners and Teens’ solutions groups, facilitating seamless collaboration and alignment.
RESPONSIBILITES
You will identify and engage potential business partners to evaluate Sales Partnership opportunities, including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors, while establishing and segmenting targets, key accounts, markets, products, and routes to market.

As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading sales initiatives to extend Teens’ market presence within targeted regions.
