This executive position seeks a seasoned sales leader with a demonstrated history of driving revenue expansion, cultivating high-caliber teams, and fostering robust connections throughout the healthcare industry.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and foster innovation, while also monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Additionally, provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Formulate and implement targeted regional sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue generation and maximizing profitability.

Develop and cultivate new business prospects within both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare practitioners, corporate entities, and essential stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Direct and develop a regional sales team, fostering an environment of high performance and accountability to ensure consistent attainment of targets.

Facilitate the expansion of the customer base, enhance client loyalty, and cultivate opportunities for increasing account value.

Track industry developments, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new prospects to facilitate strategic business growth.

A strong command of written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is also necessary. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

A degree in a scientific discipline is preferred, with a Bachelor’s Degree serving as the foundational requirement.

An MBA degree is considered a valuable asset for this position.

With a minimum of seven years of experience in sales management, candidates should possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and an ability to develop and execute sales initiatives are essential. Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management.
