Job Purpose

The position involves selling and overseeing the distribution of communication products and services—including airtime, SIM cards, mobile financial services, and devices—to resellers and distributors in the designated territory. Develop and execute channel-specific strategies that align with the company’s objectives, including those for Account Sales Organizations (ASOS), Strategic Sales Organizations (SOS), and external agencies.

Provide strategic leadership and champion the people capability initiative at every organizational tier, encompassing TDRs, DSO’s, and Commandos.
