The Opportunity:

Lead sales initiatives and accomplish business goals across 15 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, including the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAC), East African Community (EAC), and neighboring markets in Southern Africa, catering to key accounts and a diverse customer base. Implement strategic sales, marketing, and market access plans across all animal species—such as Poultry, Pets, Ruminants, Swine, Equine, and Veterinary Public Health (VPH)—while ensuring compliance with Boehringer Ingelheim’s global policies. This position requires a base in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals, and implementing strategies to enhance performance and workflow.
