Reporting to the Regional Partner Director and maintaining a dotted line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this role is tasked with identifying and integrating new Sales Partners—such as Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors—across Africa to accelerate channel sales within Teens’ multi-product portfolio. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing a sales pipeline, preparing for and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with Teens leadership and partner teams, and overseeing the ongoing engagement with existing partners to ensure they remain aligned with pipeline development, fully supported, and equipped to prospect effectively within their markets.
