We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to fill this pivotal position. Reporting to the Regional Partner Director with a secondary reporting line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this position is tasked with identifying and onboarding new Sales Partners—including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors—across Africa to expand channel sales within Teens’ multi-product portfolio. Key responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, preparing for and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with both Teens leadership and partner teams. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing sales partners to ensure sustained focus on pipeline development, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively prospect Teens solutions in their respective markets. Serving as a critical bridge between partners and Teens’ solutions groups, the position facilitates seamless collaboration and alignment to drive mutual growth.

RESPONSIBILITES

You will identify and engage potential business partners to evaluate opportunities for Sales Partnerships, including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors. Additionally, you will establish and allocate key targets, define specific accounts, markets, and products, as well as explore viable routes to market.

You will oversee the planning and execution of sales enablement sessions for partners.

As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead sales initiatives aimed at broadening Teens’ market presence within targeted regions.

You will develop structured workflows to coordinate the partner’s team in identifying prospects and expanding our shared business opportunities. This includes establishing recurring check-ins, monitoring sales pipelines, assisting the partner in client engagement efforts, and delivering specialized technical and sales training sessions.

You will provide support to partners in areas including forecasting, sales planning, and the management of RFP and pre-sales activities.

You will develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring precise tracking of quarterly forecasts and revenue projections.

You will maintain quarterly financial equilibrium while ensuring visibility into strategic and long-term revenue prospects.

You will craft and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to your territory, leveraging data-driven customer research and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making.

You will partner with cross-functional internal teams across different locations to facilitate the smooth completion of end-to-end sales cycles managed by your Partners, while maintaining the highest standards of performance throughout the process.

Demonstrates expertise in industry-relevant technical methodologies, tools, and systems, ensuring alignment with project demands and organizational objectives. Must possess a strong command of specialized software, hardware, or programming languages, depending on the role’s specific needs. Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices is essential for maintaining a competitive edge in dynamic work environments.

A robust understanding of banking applications and operational workflows is essential, encompassing key business processes such as retail banking, corporate banking, and payment solutions, along with core banking systems and related solutions that are widely utilized in the Middle East and Emerging Markets (MEE).
