Purpose

The Regional Director, Africa holds primary accountability for expanding Women for Women International’s financial resources, collaborative alliances, and strategic impact throughout the African continent. The Regional Director, Africa is tasked with driving regional revenue growth and providing strong leadership in mentoring and managing Country Directors. Collaborative coordination with Programs, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Communications ensures these opportunities and risks are addressed effectively.
