Develop and sustain a robust and dynamic deal pipeline by focusing on medium and large SMEs, PSV Sacco, and fleet operators, as well as clients with existing asset financing requirements.
Develop, negotiate, and oversee joint marketing and promotional strategies with asset dealers to boost business volumes, while ensuring seamless implementation across all branches and relevant teams.
Proactively uncover and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell a variety of banking products—including current and savings accounts (CASA), insurance, investments, and trade services—to strengthen and expand existing customer relationships.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to gain comprehensive insights into customer needs, subsequently delivering customized asset finance solutions. Additionally, contribute to the expansion of the customer base through strategic support and targeted initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
