Our client, a leading and exclusive Golf Club situated in Nairobi, is currently recruiting a polished, professional Receptionist and Waiters who demonstrate strong customer service skills and a polished appearance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess a degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent discipline to be considered for this position.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front office or receptionist capacity is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a luxury hospitality setting.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.

Skilled in managing front office operations and delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong command of both areas. Possesses in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in overseeing daily office functions and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction. Demonstrates proficiency in coordinating administrative tasks while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in utilizing front office equipment and payment processing devices, specifically PDQ terminals, is required.

Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is essential, with strong command of both languages required for effective communication.

A polished professional demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.

Possesses exceptional aptitude for organizing tasks efficiently and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently. Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in coordinating diverse activities while maintaining focus and productivity. Exhibits the capacity to prioritize workloads effectively and adapt to shifting demands with agility and precision.

Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates unwavering professionalism in all interactions and duties.

The position requires availability for a structured work schedule, ensuring consistent coverage during designated hours. Employees must adhere to the established schedule, which may include shifts, rotations, or flexible arrangements as outlined by company policy. Attendance and punctuality are essential to maintain operational efficiency and team coordination.

Shift 1 operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The second shift operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a position in the vibrant city of Nairobi. We are offering a gross salary of Ash 40,000 per month for this position.
