We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent for our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, and managing the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Manages the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated positions, spanning from role activation to offer acceptance, ensuring adherence to Peña’s Hiring System standards and mutually agreed service level agreements.

Orchestrates the entire recruitment workflow, overseeing critical phases such as crafting and disseminating job postings, refining candidate shortlists, organizing and scheduling assessments, coordinating interview panel arrangements, and ensuring consistent, professional communication with all applicants throughout the hiring journey.

We administer structured screening interviews and facilitate panel interviews to evaluate candidates based on established competency and culture-fit benchmarks.

Ensures that communication with candidates is consistently respectful, timely, and maintained throughout every interaction in the hiring process.

Collaborates closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure alignment on role specifications, candidate evaluations, and final hiring determinations.

Ensure strict adherence to established processes while maintaining high-quality standards throughout all operational activities. Uphold consistency in workflow execution and verify that all tasks are completed in accordance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and best practices. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed to sustain excellence in deliverables and operational efficiency.

Adheres to and implements Peña’s established recruitment standard operating procedures throughout each phase, identifying any deviations and promptly escalating potential process risks to the Talent Acquisition Manager for resolution.

Ensures all job descriptions adhere to the prescribed quality gate criteria prior to activation for recruitment.

Consistently implements established assessment tools and evaluation criteria across all positions to ensure equitable and impartial hiring practices.

Maintains precise candidate records within the ATS throughout every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.

Facilitates a seamless pre-boarding handover to the HRBP team by verifying the completion of all documentation and ensuring the transition proceeds smoothly and punctually.

Provide dedicated assistance to stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Address inquiries promptly and thoroughly, offering guidance on hiring best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Maintain clear communication channels to facilitate efficient decision-making and streamline the onboarding of new hires. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and optimize hiring workflows for improved outcomes.

Acts as the primary daily liaison for hiring managers regarding all open positions, ensuring they receive updates on candidate status, upcoming actions, and anticipated timelines.

Ahead of each panel, coaches provide guidance to hiring managers regarding interview standards, evaluation criteria, and process expectations.

Monitors essential recruitment metrics for designated positions and maintains transparency by distributing reports internally.

Proactively pinpoints inefficiencies or persistent challenges in hiring processes as highlighted by hiring managers and presents actionable recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager for consideration.
