Our esteemed client, a leading Golf Club in Nairobi, is actively seeking a polished, professional Receptionist and Waiters who prioritize exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates should exhibit a proven track record of project management, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance protocols is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A qualification in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of experience in a front desk or receptionist capacity is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a high-end hospitality setting.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.

Proficient in front office operations and customer service administration, with demonstrated expertise in managing service delivery and client relations.

Proficient in utilizing front office equipment and payment processing machines, including PDQ terminals, is required.

Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is required.

Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.

Highly developed organizational and multitasking skills, enabling efficient management of multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Capable of consistently upholding strict confidentiality and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions and situations.

Crafting and maintaining a structured work schedule ensures operational efficiency and employee productivity. This role requires adherence to a consistent schedule, with flexibility to accommodate business demands as necessary. Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, managing time-off requests, and ensuring all team members meet their assigned hours. Shift 1 operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Shift Two spans from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing coverage during the late afternoon and evening hours.

Nairobi serves as the central location for this position, requiring the selected candidate to be based in the city. The role mandates full-time on-site presence, ensuring active engagement with the team and adherence to the established work schedule. Nairobi’s dynamic environment offers ample opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a diverse and vibrant professional community.

We are offering a competitive gross salary of Ash 40,000 per month for this position.
