Conduct network optimization efforts, encompassing drive tests, signal analysis, fault diagnostics, and performance enhancement initiatives.
Responsible for the upkeep and technical assistance of critical electrical power infrastructure, including rectifiers, battery units, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution networks, grounding systems, and site-level electrical protection mechanisms.
Oversee and assess site electrical installations to verify adherence to electrical engineering standards and safety protocols.
Perform regular inspections and upkeep on tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough assessment of rust treatment, grounding system integrity, and structural integrity.

Facilitate the execution of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and technology deployment projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a related industry. Essential skills encompass strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data interpretation, and excellent communication proficiency, both written and verbal. Competencies should demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork. Professional certifications from recognized vendors will be considered a valuable asset.

Certification in Fall Arrest must remain valid, with at least twelve months remaining before its expiration date.
