The position involves overseeing key operational tasks and driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a leadership role, along with a proven track record in project management and team collaboration. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the management and analysis of intricate datasets, construct statistical models, derive practical insights, and facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of proven experience in a senior-level role, preferably within a related industry. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, complemented by advanced certifications or specialized training where applicable. Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential to drive strategic initiatives and mentor teams effectively. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and compliance standards is required. Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver measurable results in high-pressure environments is a must. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset are critical for success in this position.

A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree considered advantageous.

Five years of demonstrated expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting is required.

Proven expertise in designing survey sampling frameworks, implementing weighting methodologies, and conducting quantitative research analysis.

Skilled in utilizing statistical and analytical software, including SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.

Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), is required.

Possesses a solid grasp of research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance procedures.

Proven ability to manage extensive and intricate datasets and effectively convert analytical findings into strategic, data-driven recommendations.

Proven ability to analyze complex situations, resolve challenges effectively, and evaluate information with sound judgment.

Exceptional abilities in articulating ideas clearly, delivering compelling presentations, and crafting detailed reports are required.

Capable of functioning autonomously as well as contributing effectively within a dynamic, high-paced setting.
