The Provider Relations & Wellness Assistant will collaborate with the Provider Management team to facilitate contracting, compliance oversight, onboarding procedures, and relationship development initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring comprehensive provider documentation, fostering clear and efficient communication, and maintaining high standards of service delivery throughout the provider network.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Coordinate the contracting process by liaising with providers and internal stakeholders to verify that all required documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
Oversee the provider compliance workflow, ensuring the gathering and maintenance of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation remain current and accurate.
Prepare, distribute, and oversee provider communications including appointment notifications, welcome messages, as well as suspension and termination notices.
Oversee and administer the provider management group email account, prioritizing the prompt resolution of pending cases to maintain operational efficiency.
Foster strong partnerships with small and medium-sized providers, ensuring proactive communication and effective resolution of any arising issues.
In alignment with the designated responsibilities, the execution of the Provider Management strategy will be carried out with precision and adherence to established guidelines.
Provider price negotiation involves evaluating costs and engaging in discussions with service providers to secure competitive pricing during key stages such as provider onboarding, contract renewals, and other specified company periods.
Conducting comprehensive physical audits of both prospective and current providers is essential to evaluate the quality of service delivery and reduce the risk of fraudulent activities.
Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities as determined by management from time to time.
