You will oversee the systematic organization and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims, and other related materials. Key responsibilities involve ensuring the efficient flow and proper handling of these communications while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities include logging and recording claims in the Intake and processing systems as they are received.
Responsibilities include directly sorting, evaluating, and verifying claims to determine eligibility for payment.
Responsible for organizing and categorizing data within our Claims Smart Indexing System to ensure efficient file management.
The system facilitates the electronic transmission of incoming claims to the designated platforms and Business Operating Branches (Bobs).
Experienced professionals will evaluate and prioritize incoming provider claims, inquiries, and GOP requests within the Salesforce platform.
Responsible for processing and overseeing Intake provider claims, as well as performing other departmental duties, while ensuring compliance with established turnaround times (TAT).
Overseeing the various channels utilized for claims intake represents a key aspect of this role.
Tasks may be assigned as needed to support ongoing operations and project objectives.
