We seek a dynamic and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Supervisor to spearhead and optimize recruitment functions. This position oversees the full hiring lifecycle, mentors a team of recruiters, and guarantees the provision of top-tier talent that meets organizational objectives.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement high-impact policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. Lead cross-functional teams through clear delegation, mentorship, and performance management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks while mitigating risks effectively. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term goals, allocate resources strategically, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

Oversee and direct the Talent Acquisition team to consistently achieve established hiring targets and key performance indicators.

Devise and implement strategic recruitment initiatives designed to attract and secure high-caliber candidates.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment initiatives, beginning with job requisition approval and concluding with the extension of employment offers.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce requirements.

Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, and spearhead ongoing enhancements to optimize performance.

Deliver an exceptional and seamless candidate journey throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and applicable local labor laws.

Deliver tailored coaching, training sessions, and performance management initiatives to recruiters.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management, API development, and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are equally valued. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced technological environment.

Proven track record in executing recruitment strategies within high-volume or regional hiring environments.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.

Proven expertise in data-driven recruitment coupled with a strong analytical mindset.
